Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary and depend on country and volume and weight of the parcel. The exact shipping costs will be calculated when you place an order. This overview will give you an idea of the shipping costs.
| The Netherlands - All orders above 150 EUR are shipped for free. For orders below 150 EUR an additional fee of 10 EUR is charged. |
| Europe - 10 EUR plus 1,50 EUR per kilo. You don't pay the additional 10 EUR fee if the sum of your order amounts to 150 EUR or more. |
| World - 15 EUR plus 3 EUR per kilo. |
| Express Delivery - 30 EUR plus 3 EUR per kilo. |
Shipping methods
We offer shipping through Registered Priority Mail or Express. Parcels shipped as registered Priority Mail usually arrive within 3-4 days, while Express Mail is slightly faster (1-2 days).
The possibility of shipping through Express depends on the size and weight of the parcel)
Please note that if your order is very large or contains many herbs or seeds, it may take us some days to prepare everything before it can be shipped.

Insurance and discreet packaging
All packages are fully insured against damage or loss in transit. All orders are packed discreetly, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package. In order to qualify for the free insurance, all ordered products must be legal in the country of the receiver. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the legal status of ordered products in his/her country. If we are uncertain about the legality of ordered products in your country, we reserve the right to refuse sending out your order.
